Operators are welcome to correct a row. The quickest correction names the product, the field that is wrong and the page on your own site that shows the right value. We will change the value, change the date on it, and note what changed.
Readers whose flight was cancelled are the most useful correspondents of all: tell us the site, the date, who you booked through and what you were actually offered. That is how the cancellation table gets honest.
We do not accept paid placement, sponsored rows or links in exchange for coverage.

Where does Hot Air Balloon Index get these numbers?
Nothing is sourced yet. When the first check runs, every row will carry the operator or marketplace listing it was read from and the date it was read. The monthly flight-odds layer will be computed from wind and fog climate normals and, where a site publishes one, from its own daily flight-status record; the methodology page will name each source and its reuse terms.
